UUVC began its relationship with Jackson House in 1996.   

Five church volunteers work in the Soup Kitchen one day a month, and sometimes twice a month. Two volunteers work in the Thrift Shop one day a month.  We also collect and deliver non-perishable food items to the Jackson House food pantry and have a back to school jeans drive.  Donations for the food pantry can be dropped off in the blue bins located in the hallway outside the church office.

Sign up sheets are in the Community Hall following each Sunday’s service to volunteer at the soup kitchen or thrift shop.
